If you wish to permanently delete your Quick Pick account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email from your registered email address (if applicable) or contact us at info@quickpicklk.com.
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, please provide your registered phone number and full name associated with the account.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will begin the permanent deletion process:
Please note that certain transaction data may be retained for a limited period if required by Sri Lankan law, fraud prevention purposes, or for financial audit requirements. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated referral rewards or loyalty points will be forfeited.
