This Refund Policy describes when Quick Pick (Pvt) Ltd may issue refunds for orders placed through the Platform.

1. Refund Method (Important)

Unless required otherwise by law, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timing depends on banks and payment providers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved depending on order status, reason, and investigation outcome.

2.1 Merchant Issues

Refunds may apply for:

  • wrong items delivered
  • missing items
  • damaged/spoiled/unsafe items (verifiable)
  • merchant cancellation after payment
  • merchant cannot fulfill order

2.2 Delivery Issues

Refunds may apply for:

  • not delivered
  • delivered to wrong address due to driver error
  • major damage during delivery

2.3 Payment Errors

Refunds/adjustments may apply for:

  • duplicate charges
  • payment captured but order failed due to a system issue

3. When Refunds May Be Denied or Limited

Refunds may be denied/limited if:

  • wrong address/contact info provided by customer
  • customer unavailable to receive order
  • cancellation after preparation/dispatch
  • repeated suspicious claims or fraud indicators

4. Missing Delivery Investigation

If marked delivered but reported missing, we may review:

  • delivery confirmation steps
  • GPS/location signals (where available)
  • logs and communications
  • driver/merchant statements
  • photo proof (if available)

Refunds are not automatic.

5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds typically take 5–14 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider/bank.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact support with:

  • order ID
  • reason
  • photos/evidence if applicable

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback, Quick Pick may provide evidence to the payment provider and may suspend internal processing until the chargeback is resolved.
